I believe that Scott (Gormley) has turned my life around after a nasty wrist fracture in June 2023. When I first went to see Scott, some weeks after the accident, I couldn’t even move my fingers never mind my hand and wrist! NHS physio was slow to happen so I decided to go privately. Scott was so kind but also quite firm i.e. he made it very clear to me that improvements would only happen if I worked at it. I did, this was my dominant wrist, therefore important that I achieved as much function as possible without an operation. My recovery took some time and it was painful. I am just so very grateful to Scott, without his help and encouragement I don’t know where I would be now! Merry Christmas to you Scott and your lovely team, thank you so much!

I've recently visited Scott following a knee issue. It was a big concern for me as I was training for London Marathon. Thanks to Scott's expertise, treatment and advice revising my training and following specific exercises to strengthen my knee I am delighted that my knee injury settled completely, giving me the confidence to successfully complete the marathon with absolutely no knee pain - excellent outcome! I have no doubt that had I not seen Scott when I did, potentially my injury would have worsened to the point of having to withdraw my place which would have been a huge disappointment. Scott is extremely knowledgeable, professional and approachable, working very hard to help his clients achieve the best possible recovery. Thank you Scott for everything!

Went to Hannah on recommendation from my dentist in Newport and am delighted with the support and help I've had from her with my back problem. Most of all the confidence she has given me to do my exercises. Now my back is tip top we are working on my ankles and calves. Can't fault the practice for professionalism and support.

Excellent! I went for a consisten knee pain and Scott was amazing. He got me pain free and back to hiking in only 3 sessions. He explained to me everything very clearly and was very friendly and professional at the same time.
